This is a LTA design and build project for an  underground maintenance facility at Tai Seng. Awarded to a consortium led by Singapore Piling and Civil Engineering Pte Ltd, cgnArchitects is the architect for the project.  The design brief calls for a highly compact and efficient layout to minimize construction cost. Special efforts were thus made to minimize the back-of-house areas and yet fulfil the technical and operational requirements of the authorities.
