Raymond joined cgnA Consultancy Sdn Bhd in 2007 as an associate director. He has been involved in a variety of projects including SStwo Shopping Mall, Federal Auto Office Tower, Cititel Express Hotels, apartments, residential and other mixed development projects.

Prior to joining cgnA, Raymond has worked with architectural firms in both Malaysia and Singapore with a portfolio of projects that includes the Gardens at Midvalley City in Malaysia, Biopolis Bio-medical R&D Complex (Fit Out works) in Singapore, SPH Print Centre in Singapore, and other mixed development projects in India.

A graduate of National University of Singapore (B.Arch Hons 1998), Raymond is a registered architect with the Board Of Architects Singapore since 2002. Raymond is also a registered Facilitator of the Malaysia Green Building Index and a member of the Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysia (PAM).
