This is a hotel, office and retail mixed use development at the site of the former Spring Mills in Mumbai. The main design objective of this project is to provide an urban design solution through the creation of a vibrant central civic space with 24 hours activities. The masterplan consists of two main retail spines meeting at a central water body that forms the main focus of the entire development. One key design concept is to conserve as much of the greenery and terrain that is found within the existing site.
